HELLO FUTURE LEADER AND YOUNG REPORTER!

No more holding back. Young Reporter for the Environment (YRE) is your chance to stop adults talking on your behalf about environmental issues and make your own serious noise about the world you want to inherit from them. The programme lets you step into the real world, to investigate environmental problems affecting you and helps you to find solutions that are not in a textbook. YRE will also show you how to create awesome content for your socials to help make your environmental message go viral! As a bonus you'll also get to connect with a global network of other young people, who like you, have chosen to step up and become influencers for our planet.

Level up your leadership skills

Through storytelling, photography, and videography develop leadership skills such as authentic communication, proactiveness and critical thinking from experienced professionals.

Become an eco-influencer!

Use your YRE knowledge, communication, and visionary thinking skills to create content for local environmental groups or even start your own youth-led initiative!

Be heard, make a difference!

YRE gives you a safe and supportive platform for freedom of expression. Allowing you to have a real impact on environmental issues you care about.

We are reporters who come from different places, study in different locations, but one thing unites us. Our biggest inspiration was the desire to contribute something effective to our town and leave a message.
